English: Confucius said:"When the state is running properly, be truthful in you words, and act in proper manner. When the state is in disorder, act in proper manner but be cautious in speech."

Modern: 孔子说：“国家政治清明，语言正直，行为正派。国家政治昏庸，行为端正，说话谦虚。”

Original: 子曰：“邦有道，危言危行；邦无道，危行言孙。”
