English: Wei Sheng Mu said to Confucius:"Why are you always in a hurry? Why do you worry about all these arguments?" Confucius said:"I am not concern about the arguments, just that I hold on to a strong belief."

Modern: 微生亩对孔子说：“孔丘，你为何匆匆忙忙？何必计较与言辞的智巧善辩呢？” 孔子答道：“不是我敢于巧辩， 而是执著于一而不融通的原因。”
