English: The lord of a state call his wife 'my lady'. The lady calls herself 'your humble servant'. People within the state call her 'the lord's lady'. Lords from other states called her 'lord's modest lady'. People from foreign states call her 'the lord's lady'.

Modern: 国君的妻子，国君称为夫人，夫人自称为小童。国内人民称之为君夫人；别国诸侯称之为小君，别国人民称之为君夫人。

Original: 邦君之妻，君称之曰夫人，夫人自称曰小童；邦人称之曰君夫人，称诸异邦曰寡小君；异邦人称之亦曰君夫人。
