Three Talents-Zhuge Liang

English

When a commander is going out to battle, he should have a wide 'variety' of advisors that will help him to evaluate the gains and losses. There are those who are very good with words, come up with good strategies, knowledgeable and multi-talented. Such talents are the rare kind and should be the high-level subordinates. There are those who are as brave as bears or tigers, as nimble as monkeys, as strong-willed as a stone and when they fight, they are as 'sharp' as the Dragon Spring Sword. Such warriors are the rare kind and should be the middle-level subordinates. There are those who are good at expressing themselves, makes accurate predictions at times, have skills that are not valued. These are just normal people and should be the lower-level subordinates.

Modern

Original
