Generals differ in their character and temperament, and their skills set have different effectiveness. A general who is able to detect enemy's plot or foresee hidden disaster, thus gaining the trust of his men, then he is then, capable of leading a ten-men group. A general who wakes up early, sleeps late and careful with his words, he is then, capable of leading a hundred-men group. A general who is righteous, has great foresight, courageous and fights a good battle, he is then, capable of leading a thousand-men group. A general who understands the hardship his men is going through and concerns about the well-being of his men, he is then, capable of leading a group of ten thousands men. A general that recommends talents, always demand the best from himself, loyal and keep his promise, has great magnanimity and able to manage well in chaotic times, he is then able to lead a group of hundred thousands men. A general who treats people with great benevolence, trustworthy, able to make the neighboring countries listen to him, well-verse in astrology and geography, manage human relationship well and treat everyone like his family, he is then a great general that can govern the country well.
